Granton area development

The trust is delighted to read in the Scotsman and Edinburgh Evening news that funding has been agreed to restore the former Granton Station to a usable condition. Almost 10 years ago we submitted an entry for a 3 million prize,(£3 million Arts Funding Prize for Edinburgh), for a historic building renovation. Our project was to restore the former Madelvic building in Granton and convert to an Arts hub, our project was accepted by the prize committee however we did not get into the 2nd stage feasibility and funding. The regeneration of Granton is important for Edinburgh as it grows as a city, we believe Edinburgh council is regenerating the original masterplan for the area. The article link can be found below.
